By accessing theservesummit.com or registering for SERVE Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the platform.

Registrations are tied to the individual attendee account used at sign-up. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact details up to date so we can deliver your webinar access and updates.

• Payments are processed securely through PayStack in your selected currency.
• Confirmation is delivered by email once payment is verified.
• Webinar links are personalised and non-transferable.
• Team registrations include named attendee slots managed by the registering team lead.

Replay access is granted to registered attendees for personal ministry use only. You may not download, re-host, broadcast, or redistribute SERVE Summit recordings, slides, or session materials without prior written consent.

Sharing your replay credentials with non-registered individuals violates these terms and may result in revocation of access without refund.

SERVE Summit is a global, ministry-centered gathering. While participating, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other attendees, speakers, or staff.
• Disrupt sessions, chats, or interactive elements.
• Record, screenshot, or rebroadcast sessions for public distribution.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or content.
• Use the platform for spam, solicitation, or unrelated commercial promotion.

All summit content — including talks, recordings, written materials, branding, graphics, and platform code — is the intellectual property of SERVE Summit and its respective speakers and partners. Unauthorised redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of summit content is strictly prohibited.

SERVE Summit is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERVE Summit, its hosts, speakers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in the event, including technical interruptions outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim related to the summit shall not exceed the registration fee you paid.

SERVE Summit reserves the right to update the schedule, adjust session times, or substitute speakers when circumstances require it. We will communicate meaningful changes to registered attendees by email and on the website. Such adjustments do not constitute a cancellation of the event.

We want your registration to be a blessing. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refund requests must be submitted before the summit start date. Requests after the summit begins are generally not eligible.
• Payment processing fees may be non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Once replay access has been issued or used, refund eligibility may no longer apply.
• Team registrations follow a separate review process to account for partial attendance and team-specific arrangements.

To request a refund, email hello@theservesummit.com with your registration reference. We typically respond within five business days.
