How to attend SERVE Summit.
Whether you are just discovering the Summit or already registered, follow the journey that matches where you are — step by step, in plain language.
Before you register
New to SERVE Summit? Here is what it is, who it is for, and how to choose the right pass before you sign up.
- 1
Understand what the Summit is
SERVE Summit is a 3-day global online training experience for worship teams, creatives, technical crews, musicians, pastors, and ministry leaders. It runs June 18–20, 2026 on Hosted Online via Livestream.
- 2
Decide who you are attending as
You can attend as an individual, bring your entire team (10+ people at a reduced per-person rate), or buy access to a single session. Team passes are the best value for churches and ministries.
- 3
Pick a pass and register
Head to the Registration section on the home page, choose your pass, and complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation email immediately with your link to My Summit.

After you register
You are in. Here is what arrives in your inbox, how to access My Summit, and how to invite your team before the Summit begins.
- 1
Check your inbox for confirmation
A confirmation email lands within a few minutes of payment. It contains your receipt, a link to set or log into your account, and a link to your personal My Summit. If you do not see it, check spam and promotions.
- 2
Log in to My Summit
My Summit is your home base. From there you will see the full schedule, your speaker line-up, your join links once sessions open, and replay access after each day.
- 3
Invite your team (team passes only)
If you bought a team pass, My Summit has an Invite Team area. Add each teammate's email and we will send them a personal join link. Every teammate gets their own access to My Summit, live access, and replays.
- 4
Watch for reminder emails
We send reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before each session day, plus a quick 'we are live' nudge when each session opens. Add summit@theservesummit.com to your contacts so nothing gets filtered.

Joining the live sessions
Three days, multiple sessions a day, all streamed live on the platform. Here is exactly how to get in, what to expect, and how to fix common issues.
- 1
Open My Summit at the start of each day
On June 18, 19, and 20, log in to My Summit. Each session card will show a Join Live button about 15 minutes before it begins. Click it and you will be taken straight into the livestream.
- 2
Use any modern browser (no installation needed)
You can watch the livestream directly in your browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. No app installation is required. Just click Join Live and the stream opens instantly.
- 3
Participate in the Q&A
Each session is 45 minutes of teaching followed by 25 minutes of live Q&A. Use the Q&A panel on the livestream page to ask the speaker your question. The best questions are read on air.
- 4
Stay through the whole session
Sessions run back to back with short breaks between. Plan to be at a stable internet connection and a quiet space. Headphones are recommended for the best audio.

After the Summit
The teaching does not stop on day 3. Here is how to access replays, get your certificate, and bring what you learned back to your team.
- 1
Watch the replays
Every session is recorded. Replays appear in My Summit within 24–48 hours of each day and stay available for a limited window. Re-watch with your team and take notes.
- 2
Download your resources
Where speakers provide slides, handouts, or links, you will find them attached to the session card in My Summit. Download anything you want to keep for offline use.
- 3
Share what you learned
The Summit is most powerful when it leads to change inside your local church. Schedule a team debrief, pick two or three ideas, and put them to work in the next 30 days.
